A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights. Looking at the world's cooperation and countries' struggles to preserve the environment. By this, I can say despite of our differences in race, development, and war, we still have something binding us together and that is preserving our environment which is actually the major source of our lives.
